Camino Hills is a gated community of 145 manufactured homes on permanent foundations. There are some terrfic views in this community, and to live on a hilltop location in Carlsbad for this price is amazing!
Homes in this area don't turn over very quickly, and there are many times when nothing is for sale. But if there are any available, this is an excellent neighborhood to consider.
Community amenities include a clubhouse, exercise room, pool, spa, tennis courts, and RV parking.
