Here's a brand new community by Del Webb, who has a history of building successful 55+ communities!  This one is located in Hemet in Riverside County, and is just getting started. Pictured above is an artist's rendition of the 23,000 suare foot Clubhouse that is being built.   At buildout, Rancho Diamonte will consist of 1125 homes. The climate in Hemet is excellent. The elevation is about 1400 feet above sea level, and the average rainfall is 13 inches per year.  There's usually a very pleasant breeze.  The average temperature is 70 degrees, with a minimum of 38 degrees, and only a few days above 100 degrees.  Humidity is only around 25% which makes even the warmest summer days enjoyable, and the nights are always cool for comfortable sleeping.

There are 6 models, ranging in price from close to $300,000 for the smallest 1449 square foot model to almost $400,000 for the largest 2230 square foot model. The community is not gated, and there is no golf course.

Homeowner fees are projected to be $175 when all homes are completed. Annual taxes are approximately 1.65% of the purchase price, including Mello-Roos tax.
