Emerald Lake is a gated community of 160 Cape Cod style homes. The small community is very friendly and affordable. For the price, it's the newest construction available. The homes are modular, meaning the walls were constructed in a factory and assembled on site. But these are not mobile homes - each home is attached to a permanent foundation.
Homes in this area don't turn over very quickly, and there are many times when nothing is for sale. But if there are any available, this is an excellent neighborhood to consider.

The clubhouse is a favorite meeting place for the many social activities. Behind the clubhouse is the greenbelt, perfect for a shady stroll or walking the dog.

Here's a nice view of the community pool & spa, and the friendly residents! There are also bar-be-que grills for those evening potlucks.
