If you're looking for an excellent location at an affordable price, Pacifica may be for you! Also known as Oceanside Manor, homes in this community are a mix of attached and detached styles, all built in the late 1970s. Prices start in the low $300,000 range and go into the high $300,000s for 2 or 3 bedroom homes, ranging in size from 1150 to 1500 square feet.
Pacifica is just a couple of minutes from a major shopping mall and the area hospital. It's located just off highway 78, home to all the "big box" stores like Costco, Home Depot, and Best Buy. You name it, and you're probably less than 5 minutes from it!
The community amenities include a heated pool, spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a clubhouse with pool and ping-pong tables. There are many activities to choose from, and Pacifica is an excellent choice for active seniors. Like all of the small senior communities, the only problem is that sometimes months go by with nothing for sale.
