Peacock Hills

Peacock Hills is a neighborhood of homes with very low homeowner fees ($72 per YEAR), and low housing costs. Since there are minimal fees, there are no gates, pools, or clubhouses. It's a very affordable way to own a home in coastal San Diego County. If you want to have a backyard where you can have a garden or a few fruit trees, then this community is an excellent choice. Since there are no homeowner fees, you are responsible for all maintenance on your property. These homes are half-duplexes, connected at the one-car garages. Built in the late 1970s, the homes range from 827-1200 square feet. Here's the main street, Peacock Boulevard. It has a nice shady greenbelt down the center of the street.
