Pilgrim Creek Estates is located in the northern part of Oceanside, next to Camp Pendleton.

Pilgrim Creek is comprised of 203 homes, mostly manufactured homes on permanent foundations, with some homes on slabs. The community is very clean, and is attractively landscaped. This is the centrally located clubhouse.
