Costa Serena is a neighborhood of homes built in the 1970s. The area is unique, with very low homeowner fees ($36 per YEAR), and low housing costs. Since there are minimal fees, there are no gates, pools, or clubhouses. It’s a very affordable way to own a home 3 1/2 miles from the ocean. Since there are 694 homes, there are usually a few homes for sale in Costa Serena.
Some homes have terrific views that would cost much more in other areas. Yes, that’s an ocean view in the picture above!
If you want to have a backyard where you can have a garden or a few fruit trees, then this community is an excellent choice. Since the homeowner fees are so low, you are responsible for all maintenance on your property.
