Auberge is the first new senior community in San Diego county in 20 years! There are 206 homes and top of the line amenities. It’s the closest 55+ community to downtown San Diego, located in the upscale neighborhood of Del Sur. Of course being the newest, the most upscale, and the closest to San Diego means this is also the most expensive active adult community in the county.

The community is now sold out. Resales will be slow in coming to market as most people stay for some time before moving, so I expect there will be competition for them. The homes range from 1276 to almost 3000 square feet, and you can expect to pay at least $500 per square foot.

“The Club” is a fabulous place for the many social activities. I’ve never seen such amazing amenities in this size of a community.
